Q: Where are the items shipped from?
A: Our headquarters is based in Ballarat Victoria.
We aim to ship all items within 24 hours of receipt of order. You will be provided a Tracking number for your order. Usually orders within Victoria will be received within 48 hours, whilst interstate allow up to 4-5 business days.
Q: What fabrics to you use in your underwear?
A: The base of the underwear is a blend of soft Modal Fabric, Cotton and elastane.
Other fabrics include polyester, polyamide and Merino wool for the soft inner layer. Please wash the underwear before use to activate full absorbency and comfort.
Q: Can I request a return for my items?
A: Yes. We offer hassle-free returns for unused underwear. If upon receipt you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 21 days for a full refund. Please notify us by email contact@sealunderwear.com.au. You will need to post the unused items to our PO Box 91N Ballarat Vic 3350.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Sorry - No. We are servicing Australia only at this point in time.
Q: Do I need to create an account to place an order?
A: No, creating an account is not required. You can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, view your order history, and enjoy a more streamlined shopping experience. It will also allow you to stay up to date with promotions and sales.
Q: How can I track the status of my order?
A: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment through the carrier's tracking system. On supplying you phone number with your order Australia Post will send you notifications.
Q: Can I make changes to my order?
A: If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, changes may not be possible once an order has been shipped.
Q: Sizes? How do i know what size to order?
A: In this case, we recommend - Big as better. The underwear's main purpose is to keep men dry and comfortable from drips, dribbles and small mishaps. By having a slightly looser fit, this allows for better functionality and breathing room within the specifically designed pouch area. For a men who usually order within 75-90cm (s)- we recommend the Medium size. If using a normal 90 -95cm you will find the large comfortable and benefit from its full functionality. Give yourself space. Should you take advantage of the packaged deals and find that your first pair is not quite right, you can return the remaining unopened items and we will swap them for another size.
